Checklist for Women

Has it been over a year since you’ve been tested for an STD?
Have you had multiple sexual partners in the last six months?
Have you experienced a burning sensation when urinating?
Have you been experiencing pain or discomfort during or after sex?
Have you noticed a change in your vaginal discharge?
Is there an unusual fishy vaginal odor after sex?
Do you have pain in your lower abdomen?
Do you have a skin rash?
Have you noticed small bumps, warts or lesions around your vagina, vulva, anus or on your thigh?

Checklist for Men

Has it been over a year since you’ve been tested for an STD?
Have you had multiple sexual partners in the last six months?
Have you been experiencing penile irritation or pain?
Have you had pus or discharge from your penis?
Have you noticed sores or warts on your penis?
Have you experienced pain or a burning sensation when urinating?
Have you experienced sore throat from oral contact?
Have you experienced itching around the opening of the penis?
Have you noticed blisters in your gentile or anal area?
